Field Trips
Permission slips will be sent home with each child at least three days prior to the date of the field trip. These must be signed and returned to the school for your child to participate.
Volunteer chaperones must complete a new Volunteer Liability Release & Agreements form every school year.
Forms must be completed and submitted to our office. Photo identification (driver's license, etc.) MUST be presented at the time of submission. Volunteer forms need to be submitted at least 2 days before a scheduled field trip.
Volunteer chaperones MUST ride the bus with the class. This is essential for maintaining safety and ensuring proper supervision of all students throughout the trip. Parents are not allowed to meet the school at the Field Trip Destination in their own vehicles, unless transporting an enrolled Infant in the program.
